Lehigh County teen Kristen Bennett is missing

NEW TRIPOLI, Pa. -

State police are looking for a teenager who may be on the run from the New Tripoli area in Lehigh County.

Officials said she lives in Lynn Township with her foster mother and was last seen by her around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

There's been no contact between 16-year-old Bennett and her foster mother or family.

She's originally from the Tamaqua, Schuylkill County, area and may frequent the area where she last lived, officials said.

She doesn't drive.

Bennett is a white girl, 5 feet tall and 114 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair.
