About two-dozen bikers blazed a trail to New Jersey and back in memory of a retired Easton policeman and his daughter. The first-ever Tim and Taylor Lambert Memorial Hot-Dog Run got started at 11:00 this morning at Easton Area High School. Tim and his daughter were killed in a motorcycle accident last October. Money raised during the ride will go towards a college fund for Tim's son, Sean. In honor of the Lambert's, the riders stopped at Johnny's Hot Dogs in Belvidere, Warren County before finishing at Mill Race Park in Palmer Township. Tim and his kids used to stop for hot dogs on their rides. About a thousand children were on the wet grass in Lehigh County. Day one of the KidsPeace Soccer Invitational finished up this afternoon at the campus in North Whitehall Township. The event comes about a month after a fire broke out in of the dorms there. 100 teams are competing in the tournament, which wraps up tomorrow afternoon at 5:00. Police in Lehigh County are looking for a man who robbed a gas station Saturday night in South Whitehall Township. It took place just before 8:30 p.m. at the LukOil at 741 North Cedar Crest Boulevard. Investigators say a man walked around the counter and told the clerk to open the drawer because he was being robbed. He got away with some cash and fled on foot. Police say they are looking for a white man with a shaved head standing 5'8'' tall, and was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt. No one was hurt during the robbery.
