Mural Returns To Revamped Eatery

A historic mural has returned to a revamped dining spot in Lower Alsace Township, Berks County.

A mural of Carsonia Park has been restored for Klinger's on Carsonia, formerly the Carsonia Inn.

It took workers from the Gratz Gallery & Conservation Studio in Doylestown, Bucks County about two months to restore the mural.

The 10-foot wide work was painted about 40 years ago. It honors Carsonia Park, a nearby, defunct amusement park from the early 1900s.
