A duplex with a distinct title is in the market for a new tenant.
The property you see here has been crowned the "Ugliest House in New Jersey."
It's located in the 800 block of Mill Street in Phillipsburg.
This is what the duplex looked like at its worst.
A lot of work has since been put into it.
The ugliest house contest was held online by HomeVestors, a real estate investment company.
