If you've got a teen who's trying to get a motorcycle license there's some new rules they have to follow.

A new law took effect Friday in Pennsylvania requiring 16 and 17-year olds to first complete the state motorcycle training course before getting a license.

The training is free to Pennsylvania residents and offered at 70 sites across the state.
