The Libertarian Party is staying in the presidential race in Pennsylvania.

The state Commonwealth Court has ruled that some 9,000 signatures on the Libertarians' nominating petitions are valid.

The judges made that ruling even though the signatures' addresses don't match those in the state's voter registry.

Republicans were challenging that.
