Pa. lawmakers discuss finances with school district leaders

READING, Pa. -

State lawmakers met with Reading School District officials Friday, ahead of the governor's budget address.

Lawmakers said the meeting was called to address the district's finances for this year and next year.

The district is bracing for the possibility of big cuts from the state.

Gov. Corbett will present his budget proposal for the state on Tuesday.
