Police still searching for men involved in shooting

READING, Pa. -

Reading Police are still searching for the men they say assaulted, then shot a city man.

It happened in the 1600 block of Cotton Street around 7:30pm Friday.

Police said Tarik Billups, 31, of Reading was assaulted, then shot and left for dead on the street.

Police are searching for a group of five men they believe are involved..

They say the men are are in their early to mid 20s.  Four are Hispanic, and the fifth is black, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
