Police use taser on unruly mom who allegedly punched officer

ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

Police said they had to use a Taser on a mom who got unruly and started throwing punches.

It happened Sunday morning at the woman's home in the 300 block of North Limestone Street in Allentown.

Police said Vanessa Andino became combative while they were at her home investigating allegations of child abuse. They said she punched an officer in the head and shoulder.

Another officer used his Taser on Andino, and she was arrested.
