The Reading Buccaneers are back in town after a winning weekend in New York.

The drum corps took home the world champion title for the sixth year in a row.

They were playing in the Drum Corps Associates World Championship in Rochester.

The Buccaneers returned home Monday night, and they were very excited.

"The success of the corps is, comes from, not talking about always winning and not talking about always being the best in the circuit," said Assistant Brass Caption Head Minesh Shah. "It comes from, you know, good teaching, good designing, and just being comfortable with what you were taught and how you present yourself."

The corps beat out 23 other corps from the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.
