Don't fight with the gas man
Police say a fight broke out between a homeowner and a gas delivery man in Schuylkill County.
Around 11:30 Tuesday morning, Jon Grenier, 42, was delivering propane gas to a house at 120 Zion Grove Rd. ,Union Twp.
Grenier works for Heller's Gas, Inc., which just purchased the accounts from Micron Propane.
Police said a confrontation broke out between Grenier and homeowner John Phillips, 57.
During the dispute, Phillips allegedly fired a handgun in the air, and made a verbal threat towards Grenier.
State police arrested Phillips on charges of simple assault, making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and disorderly conduct.
He posted $25,000 bail and was released.
The investigation is continuing.
