Police investigate report of shots, stabbing

Pocono Mountain Regional Police are investigating a report of shots fired and individuals stabbed.
The report came in around 2:15 a.m. Sunday at 3829 Clearview Drive South in Long Pond, Monroe County.
Police said two people were taken to Community Medical Center in Scranton and one was taken to Geisinger Wyoming Valley.
The names of the victims and the extent of their injuries are not available.
Police are pursuing this as an aggravated assault with a knife/handgun.
The incident is under investigation.
