Blue Mountain Ski Resort opens for the season

Wednesday is the day skiers and snow boarders have been waiting for.
Blue Mountain Ski resort in Carbon County is officially opening for the season Wednesday.
Officials say only a few trails are open, but snow-making is expected to continue and more trails should be open soon.
The resort also offers snow tubing.
The hours are 8 a.m.to 10 p.m.
