Hearing for suspected Pottsville abductors
Taken off the street and forced into a car, police say it happened to two Schuylkill County teens last week.
Friday the girls took the stand in court to talk about the terrifying ordeal.
The case is going to trial.
During the hearing the 14-year-old and 15-year-old testified for an hour and half -- all while facing their three alleged attackers.
Mohammed Khan, Victor Declet and Nestor Hernandez headed inside a Schuylkill County courtroom.
Inside the three New York City men heard straight from their two alleged victims. The 14-year-old and 15-year-old testified that on Election Day, the men approached them near this pawn shop on Pottsville's Center Street.
The girls said the men asked them to party. When they refused, the teens testified the men forced them into their car.
On the stand one girl said, "I knew something was wrong. I was really scared."
She said Khan told her, "'I like this one,' with Declet saying 'I like them both, I don't care which one I get.'"
The 15-year-old also testified the men said they were going back to their place to drink and smoke marijuana.
Luckily for the girls they never got the chance.
The car was pulled over by police a few minutes later after thesilver Ford almost hit someone crossing the street.
A Pottsville police officer testified he found 22 bags of marijuana and 6 grams of cocaine in the trunk of the car.
Police also said the men were staying with a friend of Hernandez at the Laurel High Rise apartments.
Inside the apartment police said they found bags used to carry drugs and a bunch of cell phones.
The men were taken to the Schuylkill County Prison.
