Officials are investigating the cause of a fire that tore through a home in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County early Saturday morning.

The fire broke our around 2am, according to officials at a home at 12 Keats Lane.

A State Police fire marshal from the Hazleton barracks is investigating the fire, officials said.

There's no word on a cause, or if anyone was injured.
