EAST BRUNSWICK TWP., Pa. -

One man was killed in a fiery crash in Schuylkill County, officials said.

The accident happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday on Route 895, about a half-mile east of Keim Street, in East Brunswick Township.

A small car crossed into the oncoming lane and hit a tractor trailer head on, officials said. Both the car and truck burst into flames.

The driver of the car died of multiple injuries at the scene, the coroner said. His name has not been released, pending positive identification.

The tractor trailer driver -- 59-year-old Fidelix Iyoha of Grand Prairie, Texas -- was not injured.
