Huge flames shoot from roof of Carbon County twin home

LEHIGHTON, Pa. -

Flames shot high into the sky Tuesday night when a fire broke out at a twin home in Carbon County.

Around 7:30 p.m., fire was raging at 338 and 340 Ochre Street in Lehighton. 

Both units in a twin home were affected by the flames, a 69 News crew on the scene said.

Witnesses saw the flames and smoke for miles.

Crews at the scene said firefighters from several surrounding areas were called in to help fight the flames.

There's no word on any injuries or what caused the fire.
