STROUDSBURG, Pa. -

A college student from Monroe County has died from injuries he suffered in a fall at a fraternity house.

Two weeks ago Thomas Hartford of Stroudsburg was found in a pool of blood outside the University of Pennsylvania's Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house.

He suffered injuries to his skull, face and brain and had been in intensive care since the fall.

Hartford's father says the 22-year-old senior had consumed alcohol that night but was not intoxicated.
