Nineteen-year-old Brandon June Wilson is being charged in the death of Darcey Eric Kravchenko, who was killed in a drive-by shooting in January in Hamilton Township.
State police at Swiftwater report Wilson was a passenger in a car from which six shots were fired at a home at 5014 Old Timber Road in the Monroe County township at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 14.
One of those shots hit 39-year-old Kravchenko, killing him.
Wilson was one of five people in the vehicle. Others in the car were Kaylynn Bunnell, the driver, Jacqueline Harrigan, Bruce Murray and Dygunn Mitchell. All previously have been arrested.
Wilson was arrested over the weekend in New York City.
He is being held by NYPD as a fugitive from justice based on the Pennsylvania criminal homicide charge and will be returned to Pennsylvania.
Wilson's last known address was on Lackawanna Avenue in East Stroudsburg.
Police said he is a known gang member and suspected he fled to New York.
Wilson is being charged with criminal homicide, conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, criminal homicide by accomplice liability, tempering with or fabricating physical evidence and recklessly endangering another person.
