HAMILTON TWP., Pa. -

Police in Monroe County say a 23-year-old Bushkill woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing a man several times, including once near his neck.

Police say the stabbing happened during a recent altercation in the 200 block of Keller Road in Hamilton Township.

Amber Wilson is accused of stabbing Richard Stampone once in the collar bone just below the neck and multiple times in the body.

Stampone was treated for his injuries at Pocono Medical Center.

Wilson has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.
