GOULDSBORO, Pa. -

A 42-year-old Scranton man began cutting his wrist when police approached him after a one-car accident in Gouldsboro early Saturday morning.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police report that Glen Charles Fisher was intoxicated but not injured when they responded to a single-vehicle accident at 3:53 a.m. Saturday on Coolbaugh Road near Route 507 in Gouldsboro.
