The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship to host race discussions
The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Poconos is inviting the public to join them in discussing topics that are of most concern to the county related to race relations.
This interaction will take place on Jan. 26, at the Eastern Monroe Public Library on 1002 North 9th St. in Stroudsburg, from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Organizers will offer the first 8 participants (only I person per family) a facsimile copy of the comic book that inspired John Lewis, civil rights activist and author of March: Book One, describing the civil rights campaign of 50 years ago: the 1956 Martin Luther King "Montgomery Story".
