State welfare officials are sanctioning a Monroe County day care where an infant died.
Officials have made a preliminary decision to revoke the registration certificate for the Deborah Terry Thompson Family Child Care Home in Stroud Township for gross incompetence, negligence and misconduct.
Three-month-old Jasaan Feliciano died after being found unresponsive there November 29th.
Officials say Feliciano was placed face down on a bed for a nap.
A ruling on Feliciano's death is pending test results.
The coroner says it doesn't appear suspicious.
Officials also found numerous violations at the day care.
