Philadelphia man killed in fatal I-81 accident Sunday
Police have identified the man killed in Sunday's fatal accident in Schuylkill County.
State police said 20-year-old Nathaniel Lockwood-Keller of Philadelphia was killed around 9 p.m. on northbound Interstate 81 in Delano Twp. when his SUV hit an embankment in the median and rolled several times.
Lockwood-Keller and 21-year-old Kingsley Okaegbu, also of Philadelphia, were both ejected from the SUV.
Lockwood-Keller ended up in the left lane of I-81 and was hit by several vehicles. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Schuylkill County coroner's office.
Neither man was wearing a seatbelt, police said, and officials don't know who was driving at the time of the accident.
Okaegbu was flown to St. Luke's Hospital-Fountain Hill. There's no word on his condition.
