A Pocono Lake teen is under arrest for allegedly robbing and assaulting a resident of the Arrowhead Lakes community in Coolbaugh Township.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police say 19-year-old Peter Stulec on Thursday stole the victim's belongings from a vehicle, followed by an assault.

He is charged with robbery, theft, theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, simple assault and related offenses.

He was incarcerated at the Monroe County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.

He is scheduled to appear in court March 6.
