NESQUEHONING, Pa. -

Nesquehoning Police, detectives from State Police Lehighton, and the Carbon County Coroner's office are investigating after a man and woman were found dead inside their home Saturday morning.

It happened in a home in the 100 block of Railroad street.

State Police said Dana Lewis, 31, and Christopher Lewis, 33, of Nesquehoning were found dead inside their home on Railroad street.

Police identify Christopher as the "actor" in the case, and Dana as the victim.

Carbon County Coroner Bruce Nalesnic said he pronounced the Lewis' dead at 10:38am.

He said officials are investigating the death as a murder-suicide.

A neighbor at the scene tells 69 News she found the two bodies after their children knocked on her door saying their parents were bloody.

There's no word on if autopsies will be scheduled.

State Police said the Troop N Major Case team is investigating the deaths.
