Stroud Area Police grab accused purse snatcher

Police have arrested a man they say grabbed three purses in a shopping center parking lot Monday.

Stroud Area Regional Police said Joseph Stanley Dabrowski Jr. of East Stroudsburg was responsible for three separate purse snatching on Monday in the parking lots of the Shoprite in Stoudsburg and Walmart in East Stroudsburg.

Information provided by the victims, along with video surveillance, led police to Dabrowski.

He faces charges of robbery, theft and access device fraud.
