A trial date has been set for the Monroe County man accused of killing and dismembering a woman.

Charles Hicks is accused of torturing and killing Deanna Null back in 2008 before leaving parts of her body scattered along highways in the Stroudsburg area.

Hicks' trial is slated to begin November 5 but where it will happen is still unclear.

Hicks' attorney is asking to move the trial to another county where the case is not as well-known.
