UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. -

A public meeting in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County let residents voice their concerns about TH Properties.

It also gave TH Properties a chance to explain itself after filing for bankruptcy during the construction of several homes.

Representative Doug Reichley organized the meeting, which brought company officials from TH Properties, based in Montgomery County together with residents and other officials in Breinigsville.

THP stopped work on several local developments after filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy over a year ago but the home builder is willing to do whatever it takes to help the residents of Upper and Lower Macungie.

As soon as we start turning revenues the sooner that we can service our customers and start giving them what they deserve, said THP's Todd Hendricks.

We're not asking for anything above and beyond what we purchased and some of us are willing to work with them to get some things done, said resident Ron Vincenty.

Residents of Upper and Lower Macungie are looking to move forward with the clean up efforts with TH Properties.
