The fate of Pennsylvania's controversial Voter ID law is still being weighed by the state's highest court but that's not stopping lawyers from taking action.

According to Bloomberg, state lawyers have agreed to delay enforcement of the strict law until after the November election.

Meaning voters will be able to cast ballots without showing valid identification.

Advocacy groups applaud the agreement saying the legislation is unconstitutional and disenfranchises the poor and elderly.

Those for the law maintain it protects the integrity of elections.
