Restaurant Owner Accused Of Setting Fire

A Bethlehem man has been charged with setting fire to his own restaurant.
John Margetis is charged with arson for the July 2009 fire at the Hawthorne House Bar and Grill.
According to court records, Margetis, 31, is seen on surveillance video just minutes before and after the fire broke out.
Records also state he admitted to his girlfriend that he set the fire to collect insurance money.
