Retirement community offers hard hat tour of construction

They showed off their handiwork at the Highlands at Wyomissing on Wednesday.
The retirement community is in the midst of some major renovations.
A casual bistro is being added. Crews are also updating the club room, expanding the library and improving the salon and spa.
Work should wrap up in April.
