On Tuesday, former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky waived his preliminary hearing.
Sandusky, 67, faces more than 50 counts of child sex abuse from 10 victims.
At Tuesday's preliminary hearing, the judge will determine if there's enough evidence to go to trial.
WFMZ's Bo Koltnow is in the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte, Pa., and is sending periodic updates as the hearing progresses.
