Sandusky's attorney denies complaints

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -

Should Jerry Sandusky be forced to stay inside his house while on probation? That's part of what's at stake in a hearing Friday.

The lawyer for the accused sex offender is denying complaints that his client has been watching children in a nearby schoolyard from his backyard.

Pennsylvania state prosecutors are seeking changes in Sandusky's bail conditions after getting the complaints.

Sandusky attorney Joe Amendola says the complaints are "totally unfounded."

Sandusky is under house arrest, but prosecutors say he shouldn't be allowed outside unless he is getting medical treatment.

A court hearing is scheduled for Friday on Sandusky's bail conditions.
