Settlement Money Delivered To Officer's Widow

Today's the day Easton must settle its "IOU" with the widow of a slain police officer.
The city had until today to pay $1.9 million still owed to Cairn Sollman. She's the widow of Officer Jesse Sollman, who was accidentally shot and killed by a fellow officer inside police headquarters in 2005.
Cairn Sollman got $5 million as part of a settlement.
69 News talked with Easton Mayor Sal Panto late Tuesday afternoon.
He said the city cut a check for the remaining balance and was waiting for someone to pick it up.
