The families of New Jersey patients murdered by a serial killer nurse have reached a settlement with hospitals where Charles Cullen worked. That word tonight from an attorney representing two of the families. He says a confidential settlement was reached with five hospitals, including St. Luke's, Bethlehem, and Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg. Cullen admitted using lethal doses of medications to kill 29 patients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He described it as mercy killing. Cullen is serving a life sentence.
