Spartan girls and Bangor boys win championships

The Southern Lehigh girls won their third straight Colonial League Championship by beating Northwestern while the Bangor boys beat Wilson to earn their first title in 25 years.

The Spartans earned their third straight championship with a 62-57 win over top seed Northwestern.  The Spartans got 18 points from Madelene McDonald in the win.

Bangor's boys earned their first league championship in 25 years with an overtime win over Wilson 51-47.   The Slaters scored at the end of regulation to tie the game and eventually won in overtime to earn their first title since 1988.
