EASTON, Pa. -

A Lehigh University student said she's unhappy with a grade she received, so she's taking her grievance to the courtroom.

The lawsuit is currently being heard in Northampton County Court in Easton.

University officials said the suit was filed by student Megan Thode, who was unhappy with a C+ grade she received.

Lehigh University said it evaluates students fairly and accurately.

Thode's attorneys have not yet returned our calls.
