Students learn about poverty's effects on children

Students at Alvernia University are learning about the effect poverty has on children.
Officials from the county's Children and Youth Services Department shared their experiences with social work students at Alvernia on Friday.
Artwork showcasing childrens' hopes and dreams was also on display.
According to the 2010 Census, Reading is the most impoverished city in the country.
