A 15-year-old boy is charged with shooting another teen in Allentown and police say the whole thing was caught on tape.

Police say surveillance video shows Amir Featherson and two other people walking down North New Street last week.

Officials say the guys walk just off camera when several shots are fired.

Police say Featherson can be seen running away while firing a handgun.

Officials say Joseph Ortiz, 18, was shot in the back.

He's still in the hospital and may be permanently paralyzed.

Police say Featherson was also hit but it's not clear who fired the shot. He's facing a list of charges.
