Two N.J. men indicted in Phillipsburg arson case

New Jersey prosecutors have indicted two men for arson nearly three years after the fact.
They say Andre Verge and Arthur Verge, II intentionally set fire to a building they owned on McKeen Street in November of 2009.
The men face several charges including aggravated arson and insurance fraud.
The Verges are from Morris County.
Prosecutors wouldn't say how, or if, they are related.
