(CNN) -- A soccer player has been killed and players were wounded when two mortars rounds hit a Damascus stadium, according to the state-run Syrian Arab News Agency. The Tishreen stadium was hit by mortars launched by "terrorists," SANA reported. The players, from the Homs-based al- Wathba soccer team, were training during the strike.
