URGENT - UN-Chemical-Weapons-Report
(CNN) -- The U.N. inspectors report on the chemical weapons attack in Syria last month will detail "signs of culpability" and say that those culpable were in possession of up to 350 liters of sarin gas, a diplomatic source told CNN's Joe Vaccarello on Monday The report will also cite the "trajectory of missiles" used in the attack and say that surface to surface missiles were used.
