Walnutport will take legal action against the NIZ

Another Lehigh Valley municipality says it will challenge Allentown's Neighborhood Improvement Zone.
The Mayor of Walnutport says borough council has voted to take legal action against the NIZ -- which is the special tax zone that's helping to fund Allentown's hockey arena.
Three lawsuits have already been filed over the NIZ but it's not yet clear which one Walnutport would join.
