ALLENTOWN, Pa. -

A woman who runs a day care center in her home is facing charges of selling drugs out of that home.

Michele Berger and her boyfriend, Kareen Carr, were selling cocaine at their home in the 400 block of Bradford Street in Allentown, police said.

Berger, 34, runs an after-school day care there. During a search of the premises, police said they found suspected cocaine, packaging materials, and a semiautomatic handgun.

Two of the couple's children, but no day care clients were in the house at the time, police said.
