Police in Northampton County have filed attempted homicide charges in connection with an apparent road rage shooting.

Lee Edwin Kish, 65, of Fanwood, New Jersey is facing charges of attempted homicide, carrying a gun without a license and other offenses.

Police say Kish shot at a Bethlehem woman's car last Wednesday.

It happened on I-78 East near the Route 33 interchange after Kish and the woman got into a confrontation in their cars.

The woman wasn't hurt.

Police are holding Kish at Union County Prison in New Jersey.
