Blazers look to improve in Parks' 2nd year

Daniel Boone hopes to improve this season

BIRDSBORO - The Daniel Boone football team is entering its second year under head coach Bill Parks. The Blazers are optimistic, following a rigorous strength training and conditioning program.

Boone finished 2-8 overall last season as the Blazers began their transition period.

But Daniel Boone returns in 2013 with decent size up front which, along with their conditioning, should keep them in games. It will all come down to how the Blazers execute that determines how many wins they'll get this year.
