Crews rescue boy from river

READING, Pa. - It was a tense scene in Reading on Monday after a dive team was called to rescue a boy stranded in the Schuylkill River.

It happened just after 5 p.m. in the area of the river near South and Canal streets.

The 14-year-old boy was caught by a current and ended up stuck on a rock, officials said.

A diver was able to rescue the boy after about 15 minutes. He was not hurt.
