Conrad Weiser boys to use athleticism, size this year

Weiser boys looking to make noise in Berks II

ROBESONIA - The Conrad Weiser boys hope to make things difficult for Berks Catholic in Berks II. To do that, the Scouts are hoping to use their athleticism and size to maximum advantage.

Weiser is off to a 4-1 start and they show no signs of slowing down before the holiday break.

Led by Andy Orr, Dexter Jordan and Cartier Talford, the Scouts are hoping to play an up-tempo, aggressive style of basketball. Pressure defense that will allow it to get steals then run the floor in transition on offense.

It's worked so far for the Scouts, who have been sharp here in the early going.

Conrad Weiser visits Schuylkill Valley on Thursday.
