Coroner identifies man who fell from Reading apartment window

At least one dead in Reading

READING, Pa. - Police are investigating what led to the death of a man in Reading late Friday night.

Authorities were called to the 600 block of Franklin Street in Reading around 9:45 p.m.

Neighbors say that a man and a woman had been arguing by a window, and it is believed that at least one of them fell out of the window to the cement pavement below.

Officials say the victim has been identified as 35-year-old Jason Saxon. There is currently no cause or manner of death.

An autopsy is scheduled for later today.

One other person was taken to the hospital. The condition of that person is unknown.

Police are also interviewing residents in the area in connection with the investigation.
